OUTCAST is run by the community, for the community — and we’re looking for a few trusted survivors to help keep it that way.
What you’ll do
- Keep the forum and Discord welcoming, fair, and on-topic.
- Help new survivors settle in and answer their questions.
- Handle reports and disputes calmly and consistently.
- Work with Admins on rules, events, and community decisions.
What we’re looking for
- Active in the OUTCAST community and comfortable using Discord.
- Fair, level-headed, and good at de-escalating conflict.
- Reliable — able to check in regularly, not 24/7.
- No prior moderation experience required — just good judgment.
